Two-factor challenge
Second step after a password when 2FA is on.
What to enter
Open the authenticator app that was set up under Settings → Two-factor and type the six-digit code. Recovery codes work once if you lost the device.
If the code is rejected
Phone clocks that are far off will fail. Wait for the next code. Too many wrong codes lock the challenge. Ask an administrator to disable 2FA on the user file if the device is gone and recovery codes are spent.
